Haoyang Environmental Co., Ltd. (Haoyang), established in June 2008, is located in the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Yucheng, Dezhou, Shandong Province, China. The company is a high-tech comprehensive service provider that specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of geosynthetic materials, environmental engineering consulting, design, construction, soil remediation, environmental management, and comprehensive treatment and disposal of solid waste.

Haoyang has obtained certifications for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as CQC Environmental Product Certification. The company has also received national laboratory accreditation and has been recognized as a "Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Center" and a "New Environmental Protection Material Engineering Laboratory."

With a professional technical research and development team, Haoyang focuses on environmental engineering design and consulting, research and development of environmental engineering materials, as well as the research, development, and application of technologies for environmental pollution control and hazardous waste treatment and disposal. Haoyang is designated as a "High-tech Enterprise" by the Chinese government, a member unit of the International Geosynthetic Materials Association, and a governing unit of the China Geosynthetic Materials Engineering Association. The company boasts over 20 modern production lines for environmental engineering materials, including a blown film production line for geosynthetic membranes with a width of up to 10 meters, double-screw spunbonded geotextile production line, high-strength reinforced geosynthetic membrane production line, high-strength composite geotextile production line, and ultra-wide woven geotextile production line. Its product range encompasses HDPE geosynthetic membranes, composite geosynthetic membranes, polyester spunbonded long-fiber geotextiles, high-strength woven geotextiles, short-fiber geotextiles, three-dimensional composite drainage nets, bentonite waterproof blankets, and unidirectional and bidirectional geogrids – all of which serve as innovative environmental protection materials with functions including waterproofing, anti-seepage, reinforcement, isolation, and filtration.
Haoyang has actively participated in the construction of national key water conservancy and transportation projects, including the South-to-North Water Diversion Central Route Project, Sanjiang Governance Project, Daxi Railway, and Zhongnan Passage. Its products are widely applied in various fields of environmental engineering, such as water conservancy, transportation, urban household waste treatment, industrial tailings dam, and environmental pollution control.
