The first phase of the Jingbian County Urban Domestic Waste Landfill covers an area of 62,476 square meters (approximately 93.7 acres), with a storage capacity of 104.0 cubic meters, an effective storage capacity of 1.029 million cubic meters, a landfill capacity of 300 tons per day, and a design service life of 10 years. The landfill adopts sanitary landfill technology to improve the environmental conditions of the original waste dumping site, making the residential area beautiful and clean, saving a lot of land, and improving the space utilization factor. At the same time, the project adopts artificial horizontal seepage prevention, and the seepage prevention project at the bottom of the reservoir area adopts a composite lining seepage prevention system, using polyester filament spunbond needle punched geotextile layer + HDPE artificial seepage prevention layer + GCL bentonite waterproof blanket + composite drainage network + compacted soil for seepage prevention, which can avoid the pollution of leachate to the surrounding surface water, groundwater, and soil, reduce the damage to human health, save pollution control costs, reduce economic losses caused by pollution, and improve residents' satisfaction level, with good environmental and economic benefits. The project covers an area of approximately 60,000 square meters, and the seepage prevention project in the reservoir area is constructed by our company, using a composite lining layer.
