Construction Site of Beijing-Shijiazhuang High-Speed Railway Project
Based on the varying construction requirements of this project, various products such as approximately 87,000 square meters of 30KN/m bidirectional stretch geogrids, 67,000 square meters of 100KN/m bidirectional stretch geogrids, as well as geotextiles provided by our company, have been adopted for different sections.
Considering the need to ensure the smoothness of high-speed trains during high-speed travel, one of the major challenges in high-speed railway construction is controlling the deformation of the subgrade. This deformation occurs in areas with abrupt transitions, such as bridge abutments to subgrades and tunnel exits. This variation causes the wheels moving at high speed to produce an uneven additional impact force, resulting in uncomfortable driving conditions and, in severe cases, reducing the service life of the structure or even posing dangers. Such issues increase costly maintenance and repair expenses. Therefore, the use of geosynthetic materials in the transition sections between bridges and roads can effectively address this problem, but the quality requirements for these materials are relatively high. Our company's various products are widely used in high-speed railway construction:
Polypropylene staple fiber needle punched geotextile: It has high strength, good elongation properties, a large deformation modulus, and resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion.
Bidirectional stretch geogrid: It has high strength and low elongation, providing excellent reinforcement effects. It plays a crucial role in reducing the bumpy impacts in transition sections.
