Project Name: Supporting Residue Storage Project for Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Plant's Ultra-Fine Fly Ash Solid

The scale of this phase: Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Plant’s new comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 3 million tons of ultra-fine fly ash is invested and constructed by Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Ningxia Jinxiu Industrial Co., Ltd. A key demonstration enterprise for comprehensive solid waste disposal project, the project has a total investment of 520 million yuan and covers an area of 185 acres. It mainly builds fly ash grinding stations, scientific research centers, ash dumps, etc., with an annual processing capacity of 3 million tons of fly ash. After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue is expected to be 300 million yuan, which can completely solve the fly ash generated by Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Plant every year and realize the recycling and comprehensive utilization of industrial waste residue. The anti-seepage system uses a filament composite geomembrane to prevent alkaline leachate from seeping out and polluting the surrounding environment.
The project uses the long filament composite geotextile produced by Haoyang Environmental Protection Company, which, in addition to its functions of closure, impermeability, isolation, reinforcement, strengthening, and protection, also possesses excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance. It is suitable for the undulating terrain and long-term storage requirements of alkaline waste residue in this project.
The project is now in operation and has achieved good environmental and economic benefits. The characteristics of the long filament composite geotextile product include high strength, strong puncture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to microorganisms, and aging resistance.
It has excellent filtration and soil protection properties, playing a role in isolation, drainage filtration, and protection.
The South-to-North Water Diversion project is a strategic project to transfer part of the abundant water resources in the Han River basin to North China and Northwest China, so as to change the situation of south waterlogging and north drought and severe shortage of water resources in north China. The purpose of the project is to promote the coordinated development of economy, society, population, resources and environment between the North and the South of China. The South-to-North Water Diversion Project has three routes, namely the eastern, middle and western routes, with a total investment of 500 billion yuan.
